The ultimate goal of the Green Jobs Research Project is to identify the obstacles that hinder young individuals from accessing green jobs and to devise strategies to support their aspirations. Restless Development Uganda firmly believes that the potential of young people extends beyond merely creating employment opportunities within their communities.
